If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will get back to you in a separate email with further instructions. Kindly note that complaints are normally handled within 1-2 business days, but it may be up to five (5) business days during high peak periods.

Please note the following:

  • If your complaint is approved and to be shipped back to us, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference when you drop off your package at the post office.
